We offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure you receive your hair extensions as quickly as possible. Customers can choose Next-Day Shipping or Two-Day Shipping at checkout. For next-day delivery, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days to be processed the same day. All orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and dispatched with quality control to maintain our premium standards. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real time. Please note that processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional launches.
Returns / refunds
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been processed or shipped. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, textures, lengths, and policies before placing an order. In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so the issue can be reviewed. Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion through a replacement or store credit.
